Web Designer with Illustration & Animation Skills

Forward-thinking, fast growing company looking to hire a WEB DESIGNER to join our creative team and play a pivotal role in designing and creating engaging visuals for our marketing platforms.

Job Description:
As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly digital content. You will work collaboratively with our Art Director & creative team to design websites, graphics, illustrations, and animations that captivate our audience and enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
* Transform concepts and ideas into visually compelling designs.
* Design website pages: create wireframes and design mockups in Figma or similar tool.
* Create stunning and interactive illustrations and animations to enhance the user experience of our websites.
* Design eye-catching email marketing materials that drive engagement and conversion.
* Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
* Stay current with industry trends and incorporate fresh design elements into projects.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web design, illustrations, animations, and graphics.
* Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
* Strong knowledge of web design principles, including responsive design and user experience (UX) best practices.
* Ability to create eye-catching illustrations, animations, graphics, and email marketing materials that engage users.
* A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
* Highly creative and detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
* Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
* Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
* WordPress skills is a plus.
