What You’ll Do?

As a Web Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting and maintaining exceptional dynamic websites, web pages, sales funnels, and system integrations to showcase our programs effectively and support our marketing efforts from a technical standpoint.

Using your expertise in HTML5, Javascript, CSS3, and PHP, you’ll be creating modern and innovative web pages and user interfaces that are responsive, web compliant, and perfect for product launches.

Your tasks may also include developing PHP scripts that seamlessly connect our payment gateways with our CRM, as well as revamping existing systems and websites to a new, modern infrastructure as well as configuring and maintaining the company servers.

Additionally, you’ll contribute to the development and maintenance of our WordPress sites.

Knowledge of iOS/Android app development is an advantage.

Your Responsibilities
Implement clean, well-commented code following coding best practices.
Ensure code compliance and perform thorough testing and quality assurance.
Embrace a learning and growth mindset, adapting to changes and new challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and content developers, to deliver project goals within set timelines.
Take ownership of your work, from minor tasks to major projects.
Take initiative to enhance/update and better any systems you come in contact or work with.

Requirements
3-5 years of relevant web development experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or relevant work experience.
Strong work ethic, pride in your work, and a commitment to excellence.
Remote team collaboration skills and fluent English communication.
Desire to learn, adapt, and continuously improve.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (including libraries like jQuery), and responsive design implementation.
Experience with PHP, MySQL, and API integration.
WordPress proficiency for both back-end templating and front-end changes.
Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets.
Testing and QA experience, coupled with well-organized documentation skills.

Bonus Skills
Google Analytics and site statistics tracking.
Experience with Zapier, Active Campaign and Stripe.
Familiarity with bug tracking software, version control systems (Git, Subversion), and systems administration (Linux, AWS).

Work Arrangements
Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00 pm PH time zone (inclusive of one hour break)
Remote, home-based work.

Workstation Requirements
Mac or PC with a minimum of 8GB RAM and a STABLE and reliable internet connection, along with a backup connection.
