Job Title: Web Developer

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer

Job Overview:
Vibravision is seeking a talented and experienced Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain our company’s web applications and online learning platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development principles, front-end and back-end technologies, and web security best practices. The Web Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s online learning platform, creating and updating features and functionality, and ensuring that the platform is secure and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain the company’s web applications and online learning platform
– Collaborate with other departments, including content creators, course designers, and learning experience designers, to ensure that the platform aligns with overall learning goals and company branding
– Create and maintain documentation related to web development, including technical specifications, coding standards, and version control
– Ensure that the web applications and online learning platform are technically sound and secure, and develop and maintain security protocols
– Work with the development team to ensure that all web applications and online learning platform are technically feasible and easy to implement
– Analyze data and metrics related to web application and platform performance and use that information to continuously improve development quality
– Stay up-to-date with new tools and techniques for web development, and continuously improve development quality and efficiency
– Develop and maintain databases to support web applications and online learning platform
– Collaborate with other developers and designers to ensure that all code and functionality meets industry standards

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, web development, or a related field
– 5+ years of experience in web development, with a focus on web applications and online learning platforms
– Strong understanding of web development principles, front-end and back-end technologies, and web security best practices
– Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
– Experience with back-end technologies such as PHP, Click to view, and Ruby on Rails
– Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with other departments and teams
– Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to complex challenges
– Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Strong ethical and moral values, with a commitment to the company’s mission and values.
