About the role:
This position will require you to work on both front-end and back-end technologies on a variety of CMS’s. Most of our client work is based on WordPress and Shopify, but also includes others such as Magento, Contenful, Craft, and Drupal among others.

Duties:
Develop beautiful, responsive, fast, websites with clean, and maintainable code.
Maintain existing client websites on a variety of CMS’s.
Play a role in growing development workflows and processes
Take part in client meetings to discuss requirements, milestones, and deliverables
Work directly with account managers and other developers to scope projects, provide feedback and input on creative assets and site layout, testing and deployment of web projects

Criteria/Requirements:

o Shopify Expertise ( Developing from scratch )
o Working experience on WordPress
Expertise on the following languages and technologies:
PHP / MySQL, Liquid, HTML & CSS, JavaScript / jQuery, SASS, Gulp, git, Webpack, Click to view, Redux, Click to view

o Solid understanding of fundamental web technologies such as HTTP, REST, AJAX and JSON.
o Strong proficiency in JavaScript / ES6, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
o Experience working with RESTful APIs and handling promises with async/await.
o Experience working with a headless CMS.
o Excellent mastery of web standards, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility and SEO.
o Strong CSS skills w/ experience building responsive applications across a variety of browsers and devices using modern CSS3 techniques.
o Ability to identify tasks which require automation and automate them.
o Expert knowledge of maintaining and debugging live software systems.
o Minimum of 3-5 years web development experience.
o Great attitude and passion for development.
