Job Description:

As a Web Developer , you will be responsible for building high-quality, visually appealing, and responsive websites on the Webflow platform. You will also be expected to optimize these websites for search engine performance, ensuring they achieve the best possible rankings and reach their target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain websites on the Webflow platform, ensuring adherence to best practices, quality standards, and client specifications.
2. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other team members to create visually stunning and effective websites that align with client branding and goals.
3. Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility for optimal user experience.
4. Optimize website performance, including page speed, load times, and overall functionality.
5. Utilize SEO best practices to improve website rankings on search engines, drive organic traffic, and enhance the online visibility of clients’ websites.
6. Perform regular site audits, analyze performance data, and implement necessary changes to maintain and improve search rankings.
7. Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in web development, Webflow, and SEO to ensure our clients receive the best possible solutions.
8. Effectively communicate project updates, timelines, and deliverables to team members and clients.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, working closely with team members to identify root causes and implement lasting solutions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
2. Proven experience building and maintaining websites on the Webflow platform and or WordPress.
3. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as a solid grasp of responsive design principles.
4. Familiarity with SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, keyword research, and link-building strategies.
5. Experience using SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush or SurferSEO.
6. Proficiency in Google Ads (AdWords) and Facebook marketing, with a track record of optimizing campaigns for increased performance.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex website issues.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
9. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
10. A strong portfolio showcasing your Webflow, SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook marketing work.
