Job Brief
Lead Concepts is looking for a Web Developer to write clean code, protect all sites, and produce innovative designs while primarily managing our company’s website and client’s sites. You will work alongside our development team to create, maintain, and update multiple site layouts, user experience, and functionality.

Responsibilities
• Excellent understanding of WordPress
• Create website layout/UI & UX
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our sites
• Back up files from websites to local directories for recovery
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies trends and apply them to work
• Collaborate with designers and writers to match visual design intent
• Ability to articulate & contribute to our content library

Requirements
• Humble, creative, strong communication skills
• Time Management Skills
• Proven working experience in web development
• Familiarity with at least one of the following: WordPress, PHP, Click to view, JavaScript
• A solid understanding of security, session management, and best development practices
• Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools
• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
• Aggressive problem solving
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Mastery of diverse web technologies and techniques
• 3+ years’ experience in web development
