I am looking for an individual to create a website. I am looking for someone experienced with 3+ years of experience in the following: web development (HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, etc.),WordPress experience, web content writer, able to create a responsive web design, ability to create programming language.
The website will be hosted by Hostinger where I will give you access to the domain and hosting. The website needs to be secured (https://). The pages in the site needs to be interactive with objects moving and scrolling effects. The website needs to have login features for users to have an account with password protected. The website needs to have payment methods that will allow the users have paid memberships allows access to specific pages and features pages. The website needs an authentication page where people login and can see their membership items included. The website needs an email newsletter subscription where people can subscribe to the newsletter and that can interact with a Newsletter server such as Mailchimp, Benchmark Emil, or Beehiiv.
The website is to have 4 pages (Home, Tools, Courses & resources, Coaching & Contact). Page 1 (Home) will consists of several sections with courses links, podcast audio link section, YouTube Channel link section with YouTube player, and email subscription for users to subscribe.
Page 2 will be the most time consuming page. This page is to have calculators for real estate investors such as (/mortgages/mortgage-calculator/) or (/) or (/) but I would like it to be more interactive such as this one with knobs and editing live (/investing/investment-goal-calculator/). These calculators I have already created in excel using macros and formulas. So the formulas need to be converted from excel to the interactive website. These calculators will be accessible depending on the membership the person has. Or they can also use it for a one time payment use. There will be a total of 7 calculators, some simple and some more complicated, but all very similar. If you wish to proceed with the job, you need to send me an email with the title “Strawberry” to my email . And provide me with sample work with related work mentioned above supporting that you are able to perform the work asked.
The page will allow users who have monthly memberships to have full access to the calculators, but there will be users who only pay a one-time fee to use calculators once. Additionally, some users that purchase courses will have access to the calculators for 1-3 months.
Page 3 will have links to courses that will be linked to websites such as Teachable, Kajabi or Thinkific. When people click on the links of one of the courses, the website should prompt them to create a username and password and direct them to teachable, kajabi, or thikific. To start with there will be a total of 3 courses to start with.
The last page will be links to a Calendly for scheduling appointments, will include the newsletter subscription portion again, and buttons to contact us for coaching and a form to fill out. This form and newsletter signups shall have Captcha function to prevent scammers and bots to sign up.
The project I expect to complete it within a month time frame and the budget for the project is $700 USD with the opportunity to serve as support for the webpage on a full-time or part-time timeframe on an hourly basis of USD $9/hr.
