Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and versatile Web Developer to be a part of our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will not only design and implement our internal web development projects but also play a crucial part in developing web solutions for our clients. This role is a blend of technical expertise, creativity in design, and a client-focused approach. The ideal candidate will be adept in delivering high-quality, functional websites, and applications that meet both our internal standards and our clients’ diverse needs. This position requires the ability to juggle multiple projects, a commitment to staying abreast of the latest web technologies, and a dedication to delivering exceptional web experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Web Design and Development:
– Design, code, and modify websites from layout to function, according to the company’s specifications. Strive to create visually appealing sites with user-friendly design and clear navigation.
– Design and develop a variety of web solutions, catering both to internal projects and external client needs. Ensure that all web applications and sites are both technically sound and aesthetically pleasing.

2) Maintenance and Updates:
– Regularly update and maintain existing websites, including content updates, visual enhancements, and performance optimization.

3) Cross-Platform Optimization:
– Ensure websites are optimized for various platforms and are responsive across different browsers and devices.

4) Collaboration with Stakeholders:
– Work directly with external clients to understand their web development needs and translate these into effective, user-friendly web solutions.
– Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to translate business and user requirements into functional and engaging web experiences.

5) Testing and Quality Assurance:
– Conduct thorough testing of web applications and websites to ensure they are free of bugs, visually appealing, and user-friendly.

6) Stay Up-to-Date:
– Keep updated with emerging technologies and trends in web development, design, and user experience.

Qualifications:
– Experience in web development, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of web design and development projects.
– Proficient in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, etc.)
– Experience working with content management systems
– Strong problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration and client interactions.
– Reliable internet connectivity and devices
– Ability to work US-based hours
– Industry experience in the online coaching space is a plus
