We are a community of online entrepreneurs recruiting a Web Developer to join us. We specialize in physical product brands currently operating 8 brands in the following markets: dietary supplements, tea, natural skincare, cosmetics, bulk health foods, spices, and sweeteners.

Right now, we are looking for a highly-motivated & proactive individual who is/has:
at least 5+ years experience in creating web pages
has led a web dev team for at least a year
excellent background in JS, CSS, HTML, PHP, MySql
expert in Shopify and Zipify
master in creating landing pages
excellent knowledge with creating funnels
can edit WordPress plugins/themes via backend coding
excellent technical leadership
good project management background
excellent ability to communicate concisely with management and project managers
loves to learn and keeps updated with current tech trends
understanding of security practices
strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
solid organization skills in planning, managing details, executing, and time management
thrive as an equal member in a self-organizing team, with the desire and knowledge to contribute to overall design and direction
Strong design experience is preferred.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong experience with responsive design.
Solid understanding of web standards and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with server-side scripting languages (such as PHP, Python, Ruby or .Net).
Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal is a plus.
Experience with frontend frameworks such as Bootstrap, Foundation, etc.
Understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator) or other visual design tools.
Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Click to view and InVision).
Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL.
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

How you will create Value:
Leads Web Dev Team in creating & managing Landing Pages, Email Marketing, Funnels, Web Development for all brands, Marketing Platforms, Hosting, and Security
Works with the marketing department to identify online competition to ensure our company remains competitive with what is current and top of the line in the market
Provides Quality Assurance to ensure design and content remains consistent with strategic goals and objectives.
Define and communicate technical and design requirements
Close collaboration with all team leaders in regards to proper tracking on digital campaigns, and maintaining web-based marketing assets
Convert written, graphic, audio, and video components to compatible web formats.
Create back-end code and interfaces for new web platforms.
Analyze user needs to implement web site content, graphics, performance, and capacity.
Integrate web sites with other computer applications.
Provide technical support and maintenance for our web environments.

Starting salary should be expected to be in the range of $700 – $800 depending on experience and skill.
