Role Overview:

As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for crafting visually stunning websites and user-friendly interfaces. You’ll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web projects, ensuring they’re optimized for performance and user experience. You will also be tasked to troubleshoot broken websites and fix up on-page technical errors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Web Design: Design visually appealing websites and engaging user interfaces that align with client objectives and brand identity.

* Web Development: Develop and maintain responsive websites, ensuring they’re optimized for performance and functionality across various devices and browsers.

* Performance Optimization: Implement best practices for website performance optimization, including fast loading times, smooth navigation, and efficient coding practices.

* User Experience Enhancement: Enhance user experience through intuitive design elements, clear navigation paths, and accessibility considerations.

* Project Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators and marketers, to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.

* Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve any issues or bugs in web projects.

Requirements:

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or related field. (Preferred)
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in web development and design.
* Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development technologies. WordPress experience is a must. Experience with other CMS platforms like Shopify is highly desirable.
* Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your web design and development projects.
* Language: Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
* Characteristics: Creative thinker with attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Not a requirement, but highly regarded if you have experience with Meta Ads and or Google Ads
* Must have stable high speed internet connection

Work Arrangement:

Full-time, Remote
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PHST, Monday-Friday
