Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a client’s specifications. The Web Developer will strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design and develop websites using various programming languages and technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
-Collaborate with the design team to ensure the feasibility of design concepts and translate them into functional websites.
-Implement responsive web design principles to ensure compatibility across various devices and browsers.
-Optimize websites for speed and scalability.
-Conduct testing of websites across different environments and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Maintain and update -existing websites as needed, including debugging and enhancing features.
-Stay current on emerging web development technologies and trends, and incorporate them into projects as appropriate.
-Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers and project managers, to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
-Provide technical support to clients and end-users as needed.
-Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and best practices related to web development.
-Knowledge of Shopify and Liquid is a must

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
-Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
-Proficiency in front-end development languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
-Experience with server-side programming languages such as PHP, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
-Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
-Solid understanding of web standards, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility best practices.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Knowledge of SEO principles and techniques is a plus.
