We are looking for an experienced WEB DEVELOPER who will be based in their own home office.
Our aim is to form long- term relationships with our customers, suppliers, and staff to ensure that we build trust and ensure a sustainable high-quality of work end-to-end.

About the Role:
OPEN FOR FRESH GRADS
Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of all current and future app projects and websites
Take ownership of projects and manage them through to completion.
Collaborate with the Project Manager, Designers, Developers, Testing team to design and develop new Apps & Features.

About You:
Have experience building commercial applications
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
AND most importantly, a passion for all things development!

Desirable Skills:
– Excellent in English communication, verbal and written
– Familiar with CRM softwares/applications
– Proficient in custom coding
– Strong knowledge of design principles, patterns, and best practices
– UI Development skill (JavaScript/HTML/CSS/PHP)
– Experience in WordPress
-Experience in website development and maintenance

Responsibilities include:
-Understanding the client requirements and how they translate to application features
-Collaborating with other IT professionals/staff to set specifications for application
-Writing high-quality source code to program the application
-Troubleshoot and debug
-Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent design and code

Requirement:
-Experience in designing and building an application/website
-Experience in more than one programming languages
-A team player with excellent communication skills
-Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
-Great attention to detail and time-management skills

REMUNERATION and WHAT WE PROVIDE
Work Hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm (Melbourne Australian Time Zone).
Salary per month starts at 25,000-35,000
Annual Increase: 1,000 PESO anniversary date
Holidays: 20 days paid holiday per year.
Sick Leave: 10 days paid sick leave per year.
Bonus: Additional Month Salary each DECEMBER (pro-rata)
Public Holidays: Australian Public Holidays
