The ideal candidate will be an expert in WordPress development and design, capable of working across web and mobile platforms as well as other digital formats, to create engaging and impactful digital experiences for our virtual brands.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Web Developer & Graphic Designer who will play a key role in shaping the digital presence of our virtual brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality websites, designing visually compelling graphics, and ensuring a seamless user experience across various digital platforms.
This individual will leverage expertise in WordPress development and design to create engaging and functional digital experiences for our target audience.

Responsibilities:

1. Website Development and Maintenance:
– Design, develop, and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly websites for our virtual brands using WordPress and other relevant technologies.
– Ensure seamless functionality and optimal performance of websites across web and mobile platforms, implementing responsive design principles and best practices.
2. Graphic Design:
– Create visually compelling graphics and multimedia content for web and mobile platforms, including but not limited to website graphics, banners, infographics, and social media assets.
– Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity and brand style across digital channels, aligning with the brand guidelines and overall marketing objectives.
3. User Experience Optimization:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and preferences, incorporating user feedback to optimize the overall user experience across digital platforms.
4. Digital Content Creation:
– Generate engaging and impactful digital content, including but not limited to illustrations, animations, and interactive elements to enhance user engagement and interaction with our virtual brands.
5. Collaborative Teamwork:
– Work closely with marketing, branding, and content teams to align web and graphic designs with overall brand messaging and promotional initiatives, ensuring a cohesive digital presence.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
– Relevant certifications in performance marketing, digital advertising, or marketing technology are a plus.
– Proven track record of success in performance marketing roles, with a strong focus on utilizing Meta, Google Tag Manager, programmatic media, and aggregator apps such as Just Eat and Uber Eats to drive exceptional results.
– Strong analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing advanced marketing technologies and platforms to optimize campaign performance, targeting, and tracking.
– Experience in effectively managing marketing budgets and driving ROI through performance marketing initiatives.
– Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive performance marketing excellence and align efforts with broader business objectives.
