We are looking for a talented Web Developer & Designer to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in website development, design, and setting up custom conversions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and design visually appealing, user-friendly websites
Collaborate with team members to create and implement website concepts
Implement custom conversion tracking and analytics
Troubleshoot and optimize website performance, functionality, and user experience
Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in web development and design
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms
Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first principles
Proficiency in setting up custom conversions and tracking in Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar platforms
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

This is on a project-by-project base, we have a lot of websites that need to be created or redesigned, so it will solely depend on your overall skills and experience. the pay will range from 100 up to 500 per development/design. In the future, for any minor changes on any site, we will contact you directly & you will be compensated for the minor task. We are looking for someone to work with long-term.
