Job Description:
As a Web Developer & Designer at DMC, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing web applications that are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. Your work will directly impact our clients’ online presence, making a difference in their digital journey.

Responsibilities:

? Create visually appealing and intuitive website layouts, incorporating responsive design principles to ensure a seamless user experience across various devices and platforms.
? Write clean, efficient, and maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to bring designs to life. Implement interactive features and animations to enhance user engagement.
? Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end designs with server-side logic, ensuring the functionality of web applications.
? Conduct user research and usability testing to continually improve the user interface and user experience of our websites and applications.
? Update and maintain website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements, using content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
? Ensure websites are compatible with various browsers, operating systems, and devices, and resolve any compatibility issues that arise.
? Monitor website performance and implement optimizations to enhance speed, efficiency, and overall performance.

? Work closely with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of design elements and content.
? Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and fix issues, ensuring websites and applications meet quality standards and are error-free.
? Maintain clear and organized documentation of design and development processes, including coding standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

? Proven experience as a Web Developer & Designer with a strong portfolio of web development projects.
? Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with server-side languages (e.g., PHP, Python, Ruby, or Click to view).
? Experience with front-end libraries and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Click to view).
? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
? Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
? Knowledge of web security best practices.
? Understanding of SEO principles and how they relate to web development.
? Effective communication and collaboration skills.
? A passion for staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
