Position: Web Developer & Designer

Type: Contract (1-3 months with potential for ongoing as-needed basis)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant who is proficient in both web development and design. The ideal candidate should be fluent in WordPress and HubSpot, with knowledge of Shopify being a plus. This is a contract position for an estimated duration of 1-3 months, with the opportunity for an ongoing relationship on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate will assist in the development, design, and maintenance of our online presence, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Website Development & Maintenance:
– Develop, update, and maintain our WordPress website.
– Optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth navigation.
– Troubleshoot and resolve website issues as they arise.

Web Design:
– Design website layouts, user interfaces, and ensure a visually appealing and cohesive look.
– Create and edit graphics, images, and other visual elements for the website.
– Ensure all designs are aligned with Linden Creek’s brand identity.

**HubSpot Integration:
– **Set up our HubSpot account and link it to our WordPress site.
– Manage and optimize HubSpot integrations for lead generation and customer relationship management.
– Create and manage landing pages, forms, and email campaigns in HubSpot.

E-commerce Support:
– Assist with the management of our Shopify store, including visual enhancements and basic troubleshooting (if applicable).

Content Management:
– Upload and format blog posts, images, and other content to the website.
– Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and aligned with our brand voice.

General Virtual Assistance:
– Provide general administrative support as needed.
– Assist with other digital marketing and web-related tasks as required.

Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
– Proficiency in WordPress development and maintenance.
– Proficiency in HubSpot, including CRM, CMS, and marketing tools.
– Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
– Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.

Experience:
– Proven experience in a similar virtual assistant, web developer, and designer role.
– Strong portfolio showcasing previous web development and design projects.

Soft Skills:
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to tasks.
