Role:
We’re looking for a junior, intermediate, and senior digital marketing specialists with a passion for e-commerce and direct-response marketing to help launch several e-commerce stores and build a sales funnel agency.
Seelected candidates will work as Front-End WordPress/WooCommerce Developer to lead the selection and implementation of tools and technology for development of stores and store maintenance. Other duties will include modifying content, adding functionality, and optimizing websites using the latest trends and security/performance optimization strategies.
The primary focus for this role is building new e-commerce stores, but experience with building sales funnel pipelines is also desired.
There are several projects that we would like to develop:
1) Several WooCommerce domains starting with 1 to 5 products per domain in several product categories; Beauty products, Medallions and coins, Toys, STEM toys, and air filter equipment
2) FlowTrack – starting with a Qigong and Acupuncture site and funnel, then creating blueprints/templates to market to other service categories such as chiropractic, salon, roofing, solar sales, hvac etc.
Skills desired;
WordPress/WooCommerce HTML, CSS, and other WordPress plugins/themes, FlowTrack/funnels, Branding, SEO, Ad Management, Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma
FlowTrack – Portal branding, User Role Setup, Website/Funnel and pipeline design and implementation, Marketing Automation(E-Mail and SMS campaign setup/drip campaigns, voice/IVR)
Responsibilities:
Using the information provided by our team and performing research to design and develop high-converting and engaging websites that encourage website visitors to take action on-site.
Creating/Modifying content on new and existing client websites. Changing text, images, design features, modules, etc.
Improving and maintaining existing client websites from security enhancements to performance upgrades.
Working with our clients and content writers to ensure that the content is engaging and formatted well aesthetically.
Working with design team to complete projects in a timely manner.
Communicate promptly and effectively with the executive team and brand managers.
Additional Responsibilities may include;
Recommend and implement initiatives that will drive traffic, conversion, customer retention, revenue, and profitability of the eCommerce platform
Create and implement systems to increase efficiency of marketing activities.
Create and implement lead generation funnels for new clients B2B utilizing FlowTrack and other platforms
Architect new ads utilizing Google AdWords and Google Analytics to improve lead performance
Oversee new landing page concepts utilizing our system, FlowTrack
Maximize lead flow and efficient cost per lead/cost per acquisition across all digital channels (Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube, Instagram, etc…)
Manage and maximize client ad budgets to ensure maximum volume of leads
Create and implement ROI driven lead generation funnels, creating new and innovative solutions to those challenges using direct marketing principles, and communicating effectively with leadership, brand managers, and clients.
Requirements:
10-40 hours a week.
WooCommerce / e-commerce store development: 5 years or managing multiple successful store launches and maintenance
Google Ads: 3 years
Facebook Advertising: 3 years
Conversion Rate Optimization (ads, landing pages, etc): 3 years
Lead Generation Funnel and Sales Funnel Building: 3 years
Utilize project management communication tools (Redmine, GitLab, Slack etc.)
Nice to haves:
2 years creating and managing successful direct response marketing campaigns digitally (utilizing Facebook/Meta ads, Google AdWords, and other digital advertising social media platforms).
Experience with creating and deploying successful offline direct marketing campaigns is a bonus.
At least 2 years Landing Page CRO experience (including design, copywriting & a/b testing). Coding skills are not necessary, it’s the conversion optimization we’re looking for.
