Web Developer / Programmer (Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, full stack web development)

We are seeking an experienced website developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building websites from scratch, as well as maintaining and adding new features to existing sites. As a website developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining websites that are user-friendly, engaging, and optimized for online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain websites for our clients using various online ecommerce tools and platforms
Build custom website features and add-ons to enhance the user experience
Ensure that all websites are responsive and mobile-friendly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and project managers
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in ecommerce and web development

Requirements:

Proven experience in website development, preferably in an ecommerce setting
Extensive knowledge of online ecommerce tools and platforms, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Dubsado, HubSpot CRM, and Magento
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies
Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Compensation:

Each of our clients will have a different website. You would be building a net new website for each client.
Your base monthly is $200 for IT support for requested bugs and fixes, or added features on each website. Most websites are hosted by platforms such as Shopify or Wix with very low rates of downtimes or outages.
On top of your monthly base, each time you complete building a new website for a client, you’re also compensated $200. So if you build 2 websites in a month, your compensation for that month would be $600. All payments are payable via PayPal – you must have a PayPal setup.

You control your own work schedule as long as you can get work done by the designated due dates on your tasks. We hold our team to strict due dates, so if you feel you are not someone who can get work done by predetermined due dates, you would not be a good fit for us.
