OVERVIEW:
The role of project manager for Sundae Websites [dba Podfixer] is important for facilitating the day-to-day operations of the business. These “management” responsibilities are wide-ranging and encompass many, if not most, of the areas of the business to some degree or another. The project manager role requires someone with a very high degree of organization and self-motivation. Attention to detail and a strong sense of thoroughness are paramount. It’s essential that this person be able to recognize problems & obstacles and then work efficiently to resolve those issues, often with little to no oversight or direction.

Important to remember for this role is the necessity of working with other team members whose roles & responsibilities overlap. Communicating timelines and objectives will be central to everything the project manager does. For this reason, being able to handle conflict with a compassionate but purposeful resolve will be a skill the project manager must possess.
Lastly, being able to communicate freely and effectively with active clients and leads (new clients) will also be required. Moving projects along from start to finish while communicating with clients and co-workers is what this position is about at it’s core.

Primary Areas of Oversight:

• Website projects (start to finish)
• Web development requests from clients
• Website maintenance service
• Podcast production
• Communicating with clients via email
• Filling in where/when needed:
• minor graphic & video editing
• minor website publishing & design
• web server setup
• website maintenance

Possible Future Areas of Responsibility:
• Customer Review App
• Email marketing Agency services
• Social Media Management
• Paid Add Management
• Lead Funnel layout (Clickfunnels)
• Marketing & sales funnels

Requirements:
• Be generally available 9am to 5pm Eastern time (US)
• Speak fluent English
• Amazing communication skills: responsive & clear (not language skills)
• Be able to “get stuff done”
• Be able to manage your own time well
