Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer / Project Manager with expertise in Duda and similar tools to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis (10-20 hours per week). The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of web development, graphic design, SEO, and project management tools. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Development:
• Develop and maintain websites using Duda, WordPress, Shopify, Elementor, and Gempages Website Builder.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and functional websites.
• Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Graphic Design:
• Create and edit graphics using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
• Design wireframes, user personas, and prototypes using Figma.
• Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
• SEO and Content Creation:
• Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Create and optimize content for search engines.
• Implement link-building strategies to enhance website authority.
• Monitor website performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Project Management:
• Use project management tools like Airtable to manage tasks and deadlines.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Maintain clear communication and provide regular updates to the team.
• Multimedia Editing:
• Edit and create video content using Capcut and Filmora.
• Integrate multimedia elements into websites and other digital platforms.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Duda Website Builder and similar tools.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of SEO practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Airtable.
• Experience with website optimization and performance monitoring.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of automation, no-code, and integration tools such as Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), Airtable, ClickUp, Notion, Asana, and Sigma is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Elfsight and other website enhancement tools.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, Elementor, and Gempages Website Builder.
• Ability to create user personas and conduct usability testing.
• Knowledge of multimedia editing tools like Capcut and Filmora.
