Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Web Developer with expertise in Shopify and SEO for a part-time, remote role ideally suited for a professional based in the Philippines. Initially, for February, the role requires a commitment of 20 hours per week, transitioning to 10 hours per week must be available to communicate with our team during our business hours. 8am-5pm AEDST (Monday-Friday).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and enhance our Shopify website/s, ensuring an engaging and intuitive online customer experience.
Craft and execute effective SEO strategies to boost our website’s visibility and ranking.
Regularly update and maintain our website using Shopify and Page Fly, focusing on optimising web speed.
Collaborate with our team using various digital communication tools.
Create landing pages using Page Fly
Flexibly schedule work to meet the specified weekly hours and participate in team meetings.
Extend beyond standard Shopify themes by managing, coding, and creating visually appealing and functional websites.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proficient in English, both in writing and speaking.
Demonstrated experience in web development, with a strong emphasis on Shopify.
Comprehensive knowledge of SEO principles and practices.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively, with a keen eye for detail.
