Job Description:

As a Web Developer and Branding Specialist at Dillon Morgan Consulting, you will be responsible for the development and enhancement of our websites, as well as improving the overall branding and customer engagement flow. Your expertise in web development, design, and user experience will be key in creating visually appealing, user-friendly websites that effectively convey our brand message and drive customer engagement. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency, creativity, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities:

Website development and enhancement:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements for website development and improvement.
Design, develop, and maintain visually appealing, responsive websites using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Implement best practices in web development to optimize website performance, speed, and user experience.
Conduct regular website audits and proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Branding enhancement:
Work closely with the marketing and design teams to enhance our overall branding strategy.
Ensure consistent branding across our websites, including the use of appropriate colors, typography, and visual elements.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Create visually compelling website elements that effectively communicate our brand message and value proposition.
Customer engagement flow improvement:
Analyze and evaluate the customer engagement flow on our websites, identifying areas for improvement.
Optimize website navigation, user interface, and user experience to enhance customer engagement and conversions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for effective customer engagement and lead generation.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the customer engagement flow.
Collaboration and project management:
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including designers, content creators, and project managers, to deliver high-quality websites.
Communicate project requirements, progress, and challenges effectively to ensure timely and successful completion.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development, branding, and customer engagement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a web developer with expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.
Strong understanding of user experience design principles and best practices.
Experience in branding strategy and implementation, with a keen eye for visual design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
Familiarity with web analytics tools and the ability to derive insights for website optimization.
Strong project management and collaboration skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
