About the job:
We are looking to hire a creative front end web developer who will be the heart of our agency team. You will report directly to the business owner and assist with all matters related to managing our company web services and media outreach. We’re looking for a quick learner and team player with great ideas.

Job Details:
Pay: negotiable, Paid Bi-Weekly
This is a full-time opportunity but part-time will be considered
Flexible Vacation if you need time off. Just request.
Opportunity to advance/get bonuses, if you do a good job, you will get raises and bonuses.

This is a LONG-TERM stable job. There is much room to grow and get performance-based bonuses and raises over time.

What You’ll do

The Web-developer will be responsible for creating and managing wordpress websites and sales funnels.

Key Responsibilities:
1. WordPress Management: Handling the setup, management, and customization of WordPress sites. This includes installing WordPress, selecting themes, customizing designs, installing and configuring plugins, and ensuring website security and backups.
2. Sales Funnel Development: Designing and implementing sales funnels. This involves understanding the client’s marketing strategy, creating landing pages, setting up email opt-ins, configuring lead magnets, and integrating payment gateways for e-commerce functionalities.
3. Content Management: Uploading and updating website content, which can include writing or editing blog posts, creating page layouts, and ensuring all content is SEO-friendly.
4. SEO Optimization: Applying basic to advanced search engine optimization techniques to improve website visibility and ranking. This includes keyword research, on-page SEO optimization, and possibly managing off-page SEO tactics.
5. Email Marketing: Managing email marketing campaigns, including designing email templates, setting up automation sequences, and segmenting email lists for targeted marketing.
6. Social Media Integration: Integrating and managing social media platforms with the website. This could involve setting up social media plugins on WordPress, automating social media posts, or tracking social media engagement through the website.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring website traffic and user engagement using tools like Google Analytics, and preparing reports on website performance, funnel effectiveness, and other key metrics.
8. Customer Support: Providing customer support related to the website or sales funnel. This may include managing inquiries via email or chat, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on website navigation or purchase processes.
9. Technical Support: Addressing technical issues with the website or funnel, including site downtime, plugin conflicts, or other technical glitches.
10. Project Management: Coordinating with other team members or clients, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all aspects of the web development and funnel creation processes are aligned with the client’s objectives.
11. Continuous Learning and Updating: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in WordPress, sales funnels, digital marketing strategies, and SEO to provide the best possible service and advice to clients.

*Education Requirement:
A bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, OR relevant experience will be considered instead of a degree.
