Job Summary:
We are a dynamic affiliate marketing agency operating over 700 websites globally. We’re seeking a skilled Online Editor to elevate our content to new heights. This remote position will involve utilizing WordPress to manage, create, and optimize content across various platforms, ensuring high standards of engagement and SEO performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Create, edit, and update engaging content that complies with SEO standards.
Manage the content lifecycle from planning, writing, editing, publishing to updating.
Utilize WordPress effectively for content management, including posts and pages, tags, comments, and media.
Enhance content readability and engagement by incorporating multimedia elements.
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies to boost visibility.
Regularly review and optimize existing content based on analytics and SEO trends.
Coordinate with design teams to ensure articles are visually appealing and align with website aesthetics.
Troubleshoot and resolve any content or layout issues in collaboration with the IT team.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Qualifications:
Proficient in WordPress and its various functionalities.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Proficiency in basic HTML/CSS; design skills in Adobe Photoshop or similar tools are a plus.
Excellent command of English with impeccable grammar and proofreading skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ideally you have a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in an editorial role, preferably in an online environment.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in managing large-scale content across multiple websites.
Familiarity with the affiliate marketing industry.
Design skills and experience in website redesign projects.

Working hours
We can be flexible, as long as work is done inside our working hours, which are
Monday-Thursday: 1pm to 10 pm (PH Time)
Friday: 8 am to 5pm (PH Time)
(by flexible we agree on a set timing inside above mentioned timeframe)

Primary Job tasks:
1) Publish our articles, and make sure they are presented the best way possible for our readers
2) we have a linkbuilding platform, where people can publish daily – so theese articles need to go live as well
3) optimizing design on our other sites, updating plugins etc
4) You might need to help us with researching product specifications for our sites as well, to meet your hours.
