A full website development process that includes discovery, design and development
Ongoing monthly website maintenance to improve the website on a monthly basis
Ongoing MARKETING SERVICES to improve marketing on a regular basis
Ongoing design work to give them consistent branded marketing materials

Extraordinary Brands is looking for a motivated Virtual Web & Graphic Designer that is up for becoming part of the team for long term growth.

Monthly tasks include:

Create website wireframes for landing pages, web sites and other online pages
Design website mock-ups in Photoshop or Figma that reflect wireframe
Create social graphics for client accounts
Create print graphics (flyers, posters, postcards) in Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign
Create digital assets like eBooks and worksheets
Update brand style guide for clients after our logo designer finishes a logo
Oversee design project workflow, schedule and communication with project manager
Create an email template for use in programs like ActiveCampaign.

Qualities we are looking for:

English fluency
At least 5+ years experience with Adobe design programs
A free thinker, willing to look for answers
Confidence in web design, responsive design, graphic design
A team player who is happy working in a small team of 5-10 people
Strong communication skills
Ability to develop different styles depending on client needs/industry
Responsive: Quick with email and chat communication

Preferred expert knowledge of:

Adobe Photoshop
Adobe InDesign
Adobe Illustrator
Figma
Divi Builder
ActiveCampaign
WordPress
ClickUp

Special requirements:

A computer that is two years old or less
Your own Internet connection and some kind of backup internet
Have a headset or microphone and video camera (for team meetings)
