Design WordPress sites for our own business and use existing templates for different niches in a website leasing service. Use plug=ins for security, back-up, caching, spam, SEO.
Help optimise Google Business Profiles for maps ranking.
General Graphic Design work ( generally pretty basic).
Design e-books for ourselves and clients (very much like population a web theme with content)
Ideally a little bit of video editing work (with detailed video training on same available).

Strong, honest communicator really important – ability to work on own initiative important, aligned with confidence to inform us if you become stuck for any reason.

There will be very little overly complicated work for someone with a reasonable level of knowledge in web (mostly WP) and basic graphic design. Assuming this fundamental knowledge and experience, the key thing is communication ability and regular, open communication.
Other soft skills required include being deadline driven, quality orientated, self disciplined, ability to take direction, perseverant and well organised.

This is a small, early-stage business based in Ireland. You will be the second person on board. We are a local digital marketing agency and we will be focused on very specific, and often unique, aspects of digital marketing including-
– Reputation Marketing
– Birthday Marketing
– Social Content Posting (Over 90 niches – pre-existing posts to be branded and posted daily)
-Local Business Directories

The successful candidate will be creating websites and graphics around the above offerings.

He / she will also be doing same as well as fulfillment services (with full training) on the following:
– Google Business Profile & Local Maps Ranking
– Website leasing using existing themes for about 70 niches

As this is such a small business flexibility will be required and other tasks may need to be undertaken at times – but nothing too difficult.
