**Job Overview:**
As a Web Hosting Support Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including RDNS updates, server management, customer support, and vendor communication. You will handle technical issues, reboot servers, apply RDNS, and manage IP addresses. Initially, you will manage these responsibilities for two separate companies, with the potential to branch off as workload increases. Knowledge of WHMCS, Virtualizor, Linux and the hosting industry is essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– **RDNS Updates and PTR Records:** Apply RDNS and manage PTR records to ensure proper DNS configurations.
– **WHMCS Management:** Utilize WHMCS backend for customer management, billing inquiries, and support tickets.
– **Server Management:** Reboot servers, debug problems, and provide technical support to customers.
– **Customer Support:** Assist customers with tickets related to server issues, provide timely and effective solutions.
– **Vendor Communication:** Follow up with vendors who do not respond to tickets or technical issues to ensure resolution.
– **Technical Knowledge:** Utilize knowledge of web hosting, server industry, and IP addresses to manage technical tasks effectively.
– **Virtualizor Knowledge:** Use Virtualizor for managing VPS servers, ensuring smooth operations and handling technical tasks.

**Qualifications:**
– **Technical Skills:** Strong understanding of web hosting, server management, IP addresses, and DNS configurations.
– **WHMCS Proficiency:** Familiarity with WHMCS for managing customer accounts and support tickets.
– **Virtualizor Knowledge:** Experience with Virtualizor for VPS management.
– **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication skills for following up with vendors and assisting customers.
– **Problem-Solving:** Ability to debug and resolve technical issues efficiently.
– **Organizational Skills:** Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
– **Experience:** Previous experience in a similar role within the hosting or tech industry.
– **Technical Knowledge:** Deep understanding of server technologies and hosting industry best practices.
