Jeffers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Website Implementation Specialist with deep expertise in Shopify Plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully executing multiple website implementations, with the ability to create custom components tailored to business needs. This role is pivotal in ensuring our e-commerce platform is robust, scalable, and optimized for performance. You will act as the Shopify Plus implementation expert and project manager to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Website Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Shopify Plus websites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Custom Development: Develop and integrate custom components, themes, and functionalities within Shopify Plus to meet specific business requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, marketers, and product managers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times, robust security, and seamless user experience.
• Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for the Shopify Plus platform, addressing any issues or enhancements as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of implementations, customizations, and integrations for future reference and support.
• Training and Mentorship: Train internal teams and stakeholders on using the Shopify Plus platform effectively and provide mentorship to junior developers.

Qualifications
• Technical Skills:
o Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
o Experience with Shopify’s API and app ecosystem.
o Ability to develop custom Shopify themes and plugins as needed.
o Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and SEO optimization.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• References: Ability to provide references from previous website implementation projects.
