We represent an affiliate software, and are interested in collaborating with freelancers that can help us with integration of our client’s website.

We are SaaS company, we have many people signing up to our app. Once they sign up, they need to integrate our tracking solution into their website, which is too complicated for non-technical users. Most of our customers are from the US or EU.

Here’s what we need help with:

We’re keen on a long-term partnership where you’d assist with the implementation of our platform for our clients. We receive numerous requests for assistance, but currently lack the bandwidth to help everyone.

We expect that you will address and resolve clients’ integration issues. In most scenarios, you would be granted access to the client’s website to assist them directly. While our team will initially be available for support, we eventually anticipate that you will operate fully independently, alleviating the pressure on our heavily tasked support team.

Technical description of real cases:

Most cases consist of helping people integrate 2 basic tracking scripts onto their website (for advanced flow 3 tracking scripts or two plus webhooks), one is only copy pasted to a specific page (click script), and second is pasted with high possibility that client will need some information added to the script parameters (in case of eshop to dynamically add either amount of the order, ID of the order or email of the customer).

Less used case is to help people integrate tracking via API on BE of their websites.

For some integration cases you will be able to use already prepared step-by-step manuals. However, a big part of cases is specific, and you will need to find a way to connect them with our tool.

In your reply, please state what other affiliate platforms and similar tools you have experience with. Please be specific and describe if you have done something like this before.

When there will be enough time between helping customers with integration, you will be helping our support with more technical/integration problems (essentially the same as help for customers, only in cases already opened by support).
