Web Manager

Great team position awaits an enthusiastic person with a desire to advance website performance and UX.

We are looking for a person who enjoys working with a variety of websites and apps. We are willing to provide ongoing training as you work.

I am willing to train the right person – please include your current experience and training and we can discuss.

Daily Responsibilities and Regular tasks:
**Updating plugins and themes
**Checking site speeds and making adjustments as needed to improve
**Checking for broken links and making needed replacements
**Maintaining ad networks, making needed adjustments (currently Ezoic and Adsense)
**Maintaining Google Analytics
**Researching ways to increase web traffic (in addition to speed testing)
**Noting any other site issues as they arise
**Responding to any team member-reported issues with websites and apps
**Complete a daily report

Familiar with:
**WordPress, including plugins
**Themes (currently using Divi and Kadence)
**Website performance- research and improving
**Web research using search engines like Google, Bing, etc
**Keyword and SEO tools like KWfinder, Ubersuggest, Jaaxy
SurferSEO, Ubersuggest, and similar tools (Basic knowledge)
**Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar

To qualify for the position, you will need
**Excellent English skills
**An enthusiastic, can-do attitude
**The desire to learn new skills and apply them to the work
**The ability to work independently and with a team, as needed.
**Great communication skills to work with team members

Work schedule and holidays
**This is a part-time or full-time TEAM position. Much of the work is independent but the ability to communicate with others is essential.
**Mondays to Fridays, the hours are flexible, but we would
need you to be online with us for occasional meetings.

We honor major holidays.

On-going training is provided.

Salary
Full-time: $300/month training salary with a re-evaluation after 3 months.
Part-time: negotiable on hours and rate.
We pay weekly.

Once you complete your six months probation, you will get:
1. annual evaluation
2. possible advancements
