JJob Description: Webmaster with Zoho Experience (Website Manager)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Webmaster with expertise in WordPress and Zoho to join our company. As a Webmaster, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our various websites, utilizing your experience in both WordPress and Zoho. Your role will involve making edits and updates, optimizing web efficiency, and guiding SEO efforts.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain our company’s WordPress websites, ensuring they are up-to-date and fully functional.
Utilize Zoho tools and integrations to enhance website functionality, such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, etc.
Make regular edits and updates to website content, including text, images, videos, and other media elements.
Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to gather website requirements and implement necessary changes.
Optimize website performance and efficiency, focusing on fast page loading times and excellent user experience.
Conduct regular audits of websites to identify and resolve any technical issues or errors.
Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
Monitor website analytics and generate reports to assess performance and user behavior.
Stay up-to-date with web development trends, SEO techniques, and industry best practices.
Provide guidance and recommendations to enhance website design, functionality, and user experience.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure website content aligns with branding and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Webmaster or similar role, with expertise in WordPress and Zoho.
Proficient in WordPress administration, including managing themes, plugins, and content.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
Experience with Zoho tools and integrations, such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, etc.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of graphic design principles and tools is a plus.
A portfolio or examples of previous web development and SEO work is desirable.
