Web Project Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Managing our project management framework in Trello including activating monthly tasks for team members, monitoring tasks and projects to ensure team members are managing their time effectively and meeting deadlines, and supporting team members with tracking their projects and recurring tasks, as needed.
• Managing the onboarding of new team members, to include building onboarding plans and structuring workflows in Trello
• Managing weekly team meetings and 1:1s with team members to manage upcoming workload + scheduling, coaching on performance, and ensuring compliance with our team protocols; weekly 1:1 meeting with the CEO
• Overseeing quality management for project outputs and deliverables
• Manage email marketing tasks (setting up and tracking email in MailChimp + Fluent and related metrics)
• Manage our podcast or video production, including editing the final product, managing via Libsyn and adding podcasts to our website.
• Maintaining recipes and blog content on WordPress —- (includes formatting posts, SEO, inline ad placement, resizing photos, etc)
• Managing podcast production schedules, including workflows, production, and distribution of podcast episodes
• Tracking monthly KPIs for website, email marketing, and social performance
• Setting up emails and newsletters in MailChimp and Fluent
• Oversee the setup and management of lead magnet funnels and lead funnels, including landing pages and related workflows, triggering emails, etc.
• Ability to make sense of metrics and see where there are problems or opportunities in our numbers
• Has training in media buying and Facebook / Google Ads, with an understanding of the metrics to monitor to ensure success

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Must have 3+ years of experience in the Direct Response Marketing world or high ticket sales experience, with a proven track record of getting results
• Experience in Mailchimp or similar email marketing program for managing email marketing tasks
• Experience in WordPress and WooCommerce is required
• SamCart or similar funnel software (Clickfunnels, etc) is required; HTML experience is a huge plus
• Understand programming automation logic (if / then)
• Experience with remote team tools like Time Doctor, Slack, Trello, Google Suite, LastPass, Skype and Zoom
• Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
• Excellent English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing, and excellent presentation skills
• Be an expert in project management and online tools for managing a remote workforce
• Be comfortable in gDrive, spreadsheets and documents, to both maintain data, compile data, and review data for key learnings that impact company growth
• Has training / familiarity in media buying and Facebook / Google Ads, with an understanding of the metrics to monitor to ensure success is a huge plus

• Computer – at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
• Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed

Job Type: Part-time
• Schedule: Monday-Friday starting time 7am-11am PT// 111 pm-3am PHT
• Salary range – PHP 25,000 – 40,000 monthly
