Web Researcher – Back-up Scheduler

Pay Range PHP 40,000 to 45,000 ($ 4.62 to $ 5.20)

JOB OVERVIEW

This individual will primarily focus on web research and lead generation. Take lead of searching for Real Estate offices in target zip codes and each Agent in each office and entering the information into our CRM. Other responsibilities include improving overall web presence for our web properties and future clients through web directory listings, link building and delivering website ranking reports.

This individual will also be trained and serve as an after-business hours as a Back-up Scheduler to take calls from clients, explain our services and schedule home inspections. Scheduling hours will be 5:00PM – 8:00PM EST (5:00AM – 8:00AM Philippine time). Additional hours scheduling during business hours may be required on an emergency basis.

About Us:

We are a home inspection company based in Indianapolis Indiana USA that has been developing a scheduling and marketing software. When go to market, we will offer full service digital marketing to our home inspector clients. We are also excited to be launching a new business of providing Virtual Assistants to Real Estate Agents throughout the USA. The real estate Agents can also take advantage of our full-service digital marketing team in addition to their VA. We have ceased all freelance contract work and will establish the beginning framework for the digital marketing team in the Philippines who will complete this work.

We desire a Full Time (40 hour week) remote team member who is seeking long term employment.

Duties:

-Search for target leads, acquiring information and entering in CRM

-Take calls from clients, explain our services and schedule home inspections

-Locate web directories, creating accounts and entering company information

-Create and update prospecting lists

-Manage and safeguard prospect lists

-Link building

-Compile and deliver web presence analytic reports

-Competitor research

-Submit Daily reports

Requirements:

-Excellent English-speaking skills with a helpful and cheerful demeanor.

-Fast typing with high level of accuracy.

-Experience with MS Office (Word, Publisher, Excel).

-Experience with vTiger CRM helpful but we can train.

-Excellent time management skills.

-Excellent organizational skills.

Your home office requirements:

-1 primary computer (at least Core i5 processor)with the capability to run multiple systems and a Softphone Application (downloaded to your computer)

-Headset with Mic

-1 backup computer (at least Core i3 processor)

-Primary internet service with at least 10 mbps speed

-Backup internet service with at least 5 mbps speed

-Remote location (internet hub, library, cafe) in case of power/internet outage

Compensation and Work Schedule:
– Wage/Salary is negotiable based on experience and ability

– Pay semimonthly through Transferwise

– Pay increases based on performance

– Bonus plan to be developed based on goals

-13th month pay (1st year prorated)

You set your work hours based on the time that works best for you but must include 5:00AM – 8:00AM. You may be asked to be the emergency backup for our regular Scheduler and the work hours for that would be 8:00PM to 5:00AM. Due to the 12 -13 Hour time difference, training and coaching calls will need to be scheduled for mornings or evenings. Some flexibility is allowed with consideration for the pinned work hours that we need to cover.
