Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and excellent analytical skills. They should possess a proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility in their work. Any prior experience in the fields of data mining, web scraping, research, or real estate is valued.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive web scraping to pull county records, such as probates, pre-foreclosures to identify potential real estate opportunities.
Utilize various tools and techniques to gather and analyze data from public records and other online sources.
Maintain and update a database of property records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with team members to streamline the data collection process and improve efficiency.
Prepare detailed reports on findings to support the sales team and other stakeholders.
Assist in resolving complex title issues by providing accurate and timely data.
Qualifications:
A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in web scraping, data mining, real estate, or a related field (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages such as Python and tools like BeautifulSoup or Scrapy.
Excellent analytical and research skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
