Job Description

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate closely with the director to develop and launch a new website for the entertainment agency, ensuring functionality, usability, and an appealing design.
– Implement and execute effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and increase online visibility.
– Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to enhance search engine performance.
– Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to increase website traffic and user engagement.
– Handle administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing documents, and providing general office support to the director. (Only a small amount)
– Research and stay updated on industry trends, web development best practices, SEO techniques, and marketing strategies to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
– Collaborate closely with the director to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
– Optional: If skilled in Google Ads, manage and optimize ad campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions (a significant bonus but not a requirement).

Qualifications:
– Proficiency in web development languages and frameworks WordPress or Wix to create and maintain websites.
– Proven experience implementing SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase website visibility.
– Familiarity with digital marketing techniques, including social media management, content creation, email marketing, and advertising (experience in Google Ads is a significant bonus).
– Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a small business environment.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and analytics tools to drive informed decision-making.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work closely and effectively with the director.
– Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and take ownership of projects while collaborating effectively in a small team setting.
Prior experience in web development, SEO, marketing, or administration is desirable.
