WEB3 Community Manager role with Marketing experience

Responsibilities:

-Community Engagement: Cultivate and nurture a vibrant online community within the Web3 space. Facilitate discussions, answer queries, and build relationships to foster a positive and collaborative environment.
-Content Creation: Develop compelling content to drive community engagement. This includes social media posts, newsletters, blog articles, and other relevant materials to keep the community informed and excited.
-Event Coordination: Organize and host virtual events, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), webinars, and other activities to enhance community interaction and knowledge sharing.
-Marketing Integration: Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate community insights into broader marketing strategies. Leverage community feedback to enhance product messaging and positioning.
-Feedback Loop: Act as the bridge between the community and the development team, ensuring that user feedback and concerns are effectively communicated and addressed.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in community management, preferably within the Web3 or blockchain space.
-Strong understanding of decentralized technologies and the principles of Web3.
-Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaboratively within a team.
-Enthusiastic about emerging technologies and passionate about building and growing online communities.
