We are looking for a team member to help create industry research reports, do in-depth diligence, and support our internal team in the evolving crypto landscape.

What you offer
– Self-starter mentality with a proven ability to take initiative and operate with little oversight.
– Ability to digest new technical information quickly and precisely.
– Deep understanding of one or more subareas of crypto infrastructure or related technical fields, such as consensus, L2s, economics, DePIN, RWAs, decentralised storage, or privacy.
– Ideally have experience publishing technical content in the above areas.
– Ideally an active user of crypto applications and protocols.
– Familiarity with blockchain data sources and analytical tools, such as Dune Dashboard, blockchain explorers, CoinMarketCap, Glassnode, or similar platforms.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting research findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
– Remote work capability, comfortable collaborating with a distributed team.

What you’ll do
The main responsibility of the role is in research within crypto infrastructure:
– Conduct thorough industry reports for our founders and their projects (competitor research, features and benefits, analyse team structures, etc)
– Conduct comprehensive market research on the blockchain industry, including cryptocurrencies, decentralised applications (dApps), decentralised finance (DeFi), and emerging blockchain technologies.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and innovations in the web3 space, monitoring industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
– Gather and analyse data from various sources, such as blockchain explorers, industry reports, whitepapers, and news articles, to generate insights on market dynamics and opportunities.
– Produce in-depth reports, presentations, and briefings that provide valuable insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
– Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities and partnerships in the blockchain space, providing due diligence reports and risk assessments.
– Act as a subject matter expert on blockchain and web3 technologies, supporting internal teams and clients by sharing knowledge and answering research-related queries.
– Continuously enhance research methodologies, exploring new tools and techniques to improve the accuracy and efficiency of data collection and analysis.
