We are looking for a creative, innovative, and passionate Social Media Manager to join our Web3 team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traditional marketing, a deep understanding of various social media platforms, and a genuine interest in the rapidly evolving fields of AI, web3, and blockchain technology. This role will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence, driving additional deal-flow and revenue opportunities for the business.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement social media strategies on platforms including (but not limited to) Twitter, Discord, Reddit, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
– Create engaging, relevant, and shareable content to drive organic growth and engagement.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in web3, blockchain, AI, and marketing to ensure content remains fresh and cutting-edge.
– Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop visually appealing and impactful social media assets.
– Monitor and analyse social media performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise content and strategies.
– Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
– Engage with online communities, responding to comments, questions, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
– Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring regular and consistent posting across all platforms.
Work closely with the Web3 team to align social media initiatives with overarching web3 strategies and objectives.
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably within an agency setting.
– Strong understanding of web3, blockchain, and AI technologies, with a passion for staying informed on industry advancements.
– Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
– A great sense of humour and creative mindset to content and marketing.
