Job Description
We are looking for a talented and creative Webflow & general graphic designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Webflow, excellent design skills, and a passion for creating visually stunning and user-friendly websites, and marketing materials. As an Estatehub Designer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites that meet our clients’ needs and exceed their expectations, as well as general graphic design tasks including documents, ads, graphics, icons, etc…

Responsibilities:
– Design and develop responsive websites using Webflow.
– Collaborate with the team to gather requirements and translate them into functional websites.
– Create mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
– Implement design elements and interactions using Webflow’s CMS.
– Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and SEO.
– Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve website functionality and user experience.

Skills and Qualifications:
– Proficiency in Webflow: Strong experience in designing and developing websites using Webflow.
– Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or other design tools like Figma, Sketch, Canva.
– Basic to intermediate understanding of HTML and CSS for customizing Webflow elements.
– Ability to create responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices.
– UX/UI Design: Strong understanding of user experience and user interface design principles.
– Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO and web performance best practices.
– Keen eye for detail and ability to produce pixel-perfect designs.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
– Strong portfolio showcasing your Webflow projects and design skills.

Requirements
– Fluent in English
– Must be available for meetings 9am to 5pm Eastern Time Zone
– Proven experience as a Webflow Web Designer.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Familiarity with project management tools like Trello or Asana, is a plus.
