ROLE: Webflow Designer/Developer
I am a Filipino, working for a marketing agency based in the US. We are starting a Webflow team and I am looking for one right now to assist me in building Webflow websites. These websites are for counselors/ therapists based in the US. Their websites are really not complicated.
The first person I hired didn’t work out.

JOB OVERVIEW: The job is very simple and easy. You will only build 3-4 pages (Home, About, Specialties, Contact). There are a few templates already built but you can also create your own design as long as you finish the website in less than 2-3 days.

KEY RESULT AREAS:
> Design a clean, beautiful, and intuitive website following the design principles
> Develop them in Webflow and make sure that they look good on all viewing screens
> Ensure that the deadline is met
> Develop a system in order to work efficiently
> Communicate the progress of tasks in an organized way.

KNOWLEDGABLE
+ Webflow (a must)
+ Figma
+ Canva, Photoshop, or any editing tool (a plus but not required)
+ (will teach you)

MUST POSSESS:
+ Strong-attention to detail
+ Organized
+ Creative and resourceful
+ Honest
+ Meet deadline
+ Can work with a little bit of pressure (2-3 days deadline)
+ Can follow instructions well
+ Can work without supervision
+ Open and receptive to feedback (I’m very gentle)

I am very easy to work with. I just don’t like to keep on repeating instructions that are already written with screenshots, and video, and still submit a website that was NOT quality checked. It’s a waste of time going back and forth.

Flexible working hours as long as you meet the deadline and I don’t like to follow up.
