We are seeking a full-time Webflow Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting graphics created by our design team into functional Webflow websites, including HTML/CSS and Javascript, troubleshooting and optimizing websites for page speed, accessibility, best practices, and SEO, using industry-standard tools like /.
The ideal candidate will have a robust portfolio demonstrating previous Webflow development experience and a deep understanding of Webflow acquired through relevant developer courses or certifications.

JOB DUTIES
Responsibilities
– Collaborate with team members to develop various web page designs and landing page concepts
– Design and develop effective pages based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
– Create visually appealing and conversion-optimized pages based on design comps
– Develop innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using your insights and learnings
– Participate in consumer research as needed and understand consumer needs and challenges
– Contribute to cross-functional team projects
Experience
– Extensive knowledge of Webflow through Webflow developer courses
– A solid portfolio that demonstrates previous Webflow development experience
Technical Skills
– Competency in Tailwind CSS or the utility-first CSS frameworks principles
– Experience with SystemFlow or another preferred Webflow framework
– Advanced understanding of website management tools, HTML/CSS, and Javascript
– Deep understanding of CMS collections
– Ability to troubleshoot page speed issues and optimize web pages on Google PageSpeed Insights (/) to achieve load speeds of 85+ for desktop and 75+ for mobile
Design Skills
– Fundamental UX/UI design skills
– Ability to adhere to brand guidelines
– A comprehensive approach to design, ranging from broad concepts to intricate details
– Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) and other industry-standard design software
Soft Skills
– Strong communication skills

Working Days/Hours (Philippine Time)
– 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday)
– 3:00 AM – 8:30 AM (Philippine time and 2.5 hours flex time)
Paid Time Off
– Ten (10) “Regular” Philippine holidays are paid.
– Service Incentive Leave (SIL) – Five (5) days per year after completion of 1-year service
13th Month Bonus
You will receive a 13th-month bonus that is prorated based on the number of full months worked from December through November each year. For example, if you start work on November 1st, you would receive 1/12th of your annual salary for the 13th-month bonus.
Pay Days
You will be paid weekly through PayPal for the first few months and then twice a month afterward.
Training
Orientation, training, coaching, and meetings will be conducted via video tutorials, Google Docs, Google Meet, and Zoom.
