Job Description

Thank you for checking out this (seriously awesome) Webflow gig!

We’re looking for someone who’s got entry/mid-level experience with Webflow. Our start-up is growing and we’re looking to become the market-leader in our industry in the next few years.

Here’s a video introducing the gig: /share/b6b6ef97ee6672485e1416

What we offer:
– Start with 5-20 hours a week, hopefully transitioning into full-time if you’re up for that.
– Minimum 1 year commitment (but with a trial period, so you can leave if you don’t like us without feeling bad about it!)
– Great start-up environment that really wants to become the best in the world at what we do; we’re not just screwing around. We focus on making awesome products and improve a lot every 3 months.
– Good mix between new, challenging things and regular client work.
– Training in new software and a growth opportunity with as much responsibility as you can handle.

This is what we’re looking for:
– You’re the kind of person that you only have to tell something once, and they’ll get it organized.
– Minimum equivalent of 12 months of full-time Webflow development.
– A great communicator.
– 100% fluent in English (of course having an accent is no problem at all).
– Ridiculous attention to detail when delivering a final product.
– Able to keep track of your work and use project management tools (we use Clickup).
– Already understanding the fundamentals of web design & SEO. Eg. You won’t upload images over 150kb, you will insert alt-text, etc.
– Able to figure out problems independently (we actually work together daily, but you need to be proactive and capable).
– Willing to do related work on the side. Such as training new staff, updating our PMS, make updates across all current existing templates, etc.
– Creative and have an eye for design; you need to intuitively understand what looks good and adjust the website to make sure that everything is consistent and of high quality.

You can check out our website to see some client testimonials. We’re young and there’s lots to improve! Want to help us become nr. 1? Send me a Loom video introducing yourself – and send me the items requested in the video above.

Good luck!
