Position Overview:
As a Webflow Developer, you will play a crucial role in transforming creative ideas into responsive and visually appealing websites. You will leverage Webflow’s powerful platform to ensure that each project is executed with precision and aligns with our high standards of quality and innovation. This role is project-based, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects. While engagements are based on project needs, we are interested in keeping your employment on record for future opportunities, calling upon your expertise as new needs arise.

Responsibilities:

– Design, develop, and launch dynamic, responsive websites, ensuring high performance across mobile and desktop platforms.
– Collaborate with the design team to bring visual concepts to life, maintaining fidelity to the original design while ensuring web best practices.
– Implement SEO principles and ensure that the websites are optimized for search engines.
– Conduct thorough testing for cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior.
– Update and maintain websites as needed, ensuring content is up-to-date and the website’s performance is optimized.
– Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in web design and development, especially within the Webflow ecosystem.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in Webflow website development, with a portfolio of completed projects.
– Strong understanding of responsive design principles and the ability to create seamless experiences across devices.
– Proficient in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript, with an understanding of how to implement custom code in Webflow.
– Experience with Webflow’s CMS and eCommerce functionalities.
– Knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to implement them in Webflow.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.
