Job Description:
We are looking for a multifaceted Virtual Assistant who excels in webinar creation, email marketing, and digital communication and keep up with the WordPress Website. Your primary role will involve refining and finalizing our webinars, crafting compelling email funnel campaigns, and maintaining an active presence on social media platforms. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating our WordPress website and managing website answer bots.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Webinar Development: Apply your expertise to finalize our HR-focused webinars, transforming them into engaging and professional online events.
2. Email Marketing and Funnels: Implement and optimize 8-email sequence campaigns, ensuring continuous engagement with our audience.
3. Social Media Management: Regularly post and interact on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter, expanding our digital footprint and engagement.
4. WordPress Website Updates: Maintain and update our website hosted on GoDaddy, ensuring it reflects our current offerings and information.
5. Leverage Advanced Tools: Utilize tools like LinkedIn Navigator, Dopplio, Google Sheets, Streak, and website answer bots to execute impactful digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in webinar creation and digital marketing.
2. Strong proficiency in email funnel campaigns and social media management.
3. Familiarity with WordPress and website management tools.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects effectively.
Compensation:
Full Time: Prefer a committed 40 hours a week as a Webinar & Digital Marketing Specialist. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Part-Time: We also have flexibility for high-quality part-time Webinar & Digital Marketing Specialist workers:
* Salary: $350 – $1200 per month
* Hours: 90 – 176 per month
