Webinar Manager – Cybersecurity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Webinar Manager to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing engaging and informative webinars that highlight our cybersecurity solutions and thought leadership in the industry. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, marketing expertise, and exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Webinar Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement a comprehensive webinar strategy aligned with our marketing and business goals.
Identify relevant cybersecurity topics, trends, and speakers to create a compelling webinar calendar.

Content Development:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging webinar content, including presentations, scripts, and supporting materials.
Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and reflects the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices.

Event Management:

Coordinate all aspects of webinar production, including scheduling, promotion, registration, and follow-up.
Manage webinar logistics such as platform setup, rehearsals, and technical support during live events.
Promotion and Marketing:

Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive webinar registrations and attendance, utilizing email marketing, social media, and other digital channels.
Create engaging and informative promotional materials, including email invites, social media posts, and landing pages.

Audience Engagement:

Engage with webinar attendees before, during, and after events to ensure a positive experience and gather feedback.
Moderate live webinars, facilitating Q&A sessions and ensuring smooth transitions between segments.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze webinar performance metrics, including registration numbers, attendance rates, and audience engagement.
Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team and leadership to inform future webinar strategies.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in webinar management and cybersecurity.
Continuously seek ways to improve webinar processes, technology, and content to enhance the attendee experience.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in webinar management, event planning, or digital marketing, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology sector.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and industry trends.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple webinars simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with webinar platforms
