Do you have an eye for graphics and the skills as a webmaster?

Right now Think & Thank is looking for a Webmaster

We would love to work with you and your expertise on:

– Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
– Experience working with a content management system (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
– Proven experience as a Webmaster or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful website management and development projects.
– Some proficiency in graphic arts and design

Perhaps you might also have expertise with some of these (Bonus skills):

– Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
– Your in-depth knowledge of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and other web analytics tools.

You’ll be earning Php 30,000 – 50,000 (depending on experience)
Basically, we’ll be working on these responsibilities:

1. Develop, update, and maintain websites across a family of companies, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for performance across various browsers and devices.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as marketing, design, and content) to implement website changes, updates, and new features.
3. Monitor website traffic, performance, and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance user experience and engagement.
4. Conduct regular website audits for quality assurance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with best practices, security standards, and SEO guidelines.
5. Learn to manage domain registrations, hosting, and server configurations, ensuring uptime and security measures are in place.
6. Learn to implement SEO strategies and tactics to improve website visibility, search engine rankings, and organic traffic.
7. Learn to stay updated on emerging web technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to improve website performance.
