Webmaster

We are seeking a Webmaster to play a vital role in our Promotions & Marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to build, maintain, and optimize our websites and online funnels, also some lite SMM tasks. You will also be required to have a strong understanding of web hosting environments, WHM/cPanel, WHMCS automation, MainWP for managing multiple sites, and a commitment to mastering our internal SEO processes.

In addition, moderate to advanced graphic design skills are essential, including the ability to create advanced logos. Ideally, you should have a basic to moderate understanding of CRM systems like Go High Level (GHL).

Web Master Critical Skills:
Build and maintain websites and funnels.
Understanding of WHM/cPanel.
Understanding of WHMCS Automation Platform. (Not required but must be willing to learn)
Understanding of MainWP Private WordPress Manager to manage multiple sites. (Not required but must be willing to learn)
Understanding of SEO, with a commitment to mastering internal processes.
Moderate to advanced graphic design skills (no beginners, no exceptions).
Ability to create advanced logo designs.

Responsibilities:

As a Webmaster, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Creating, editing, and publishing content on the website, either independently or with other content creators.
Managing a website’s appearance, user access rights, and navigation.
Ensuring the web servers, hardware, and software are operating correctly.
Conducting A/B split testing.
Analyzing traffic through the site.
Ensuring the website is up to date and functioning correctly, including installing updates, fixing bugs and errors, and optimizing performance.
Optimizing the website’s content and structure to improve its ranking in search engines (SEO), including keyword research, link building, and optimizing meta tags and titles.
Keeping the site secure, including installing security software, monitoring for threats, and implementing practices for data protection.
Analyzing website traffic and performance to make informed decisions about its content.
Providing customer support and troubleshooting any issues that users may be experiencing.
Requirements:
Excellent COMMUNICATION skills
2-5 years experience working with websites and graphic design
Strong business and business communication acumen
Self-starter who needs little management
Excellent project management and a positive attitude
Must possess a strong work ethic, punctuality and the ability to work in a high intense sales environment
Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and effectively communicate high level sales concepts to prospects.
Desire to be on a team of positive, success-minded individuals.
