Webmaster Developer & SEO Specialist

We are a dynamic and growing company looking to enhance our online presence across multiple domains. Our platform is based on WordPress multi-site, encompassing 6 distinct domains that cater to different facets of our business. We are seeking a skilled Webmaster/Programmer/SEO Specialist who can manage, optimize, and expand our web infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:
• Web Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of our WordPress multisite network ensuring all sites are functioning properly and are up to date.
• Programming: Develop new features and functionalities for our websites. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to site performance and functionality.
• SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices across all sites to increase organic search visibility and rankings. Monitor analytics and search engine performance. Resolve SEO issues from site audits.
• Site Security: Maintain high security standards to protect data and prevent breaches. Regularly update security protocols and perform site backups.
• Content Management: Collaborate with content creators to ensure that website content is optimized for SEO and user engagement.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support for site-related issues to other team members and resolve them in a timely manner.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Webmaster or Web Developer with strong programming skills.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• In-depth knowledge of WordPress, specifically managing a multisite environment.
• Strong background in SEO including keyword research, Google Analytics, and SEO-focused site audits.
• Experience with website security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Desired Skills:
• Experience with additional programming languages or frameworks
• Familiarity with graphic design tools
• Prior experience managing sites for multiple brands under a single umbrella.
