We are looking for an experienced web developer/designer to create a professional and user-friendly website for our real estate wholesale lead list service. Our website will focus on providing exclusive access to fire-distressed properties, abandoned homes, and other general leads to wholesalers and real estate investors.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop a visually appealing and responsive website that aligns with our branding and target audience.
Implement a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to manage our lead list, subscription service, and payment processing for both monthly memberships and one-time purchases.
Integrate essential features such as lead management, marketing automation, and email distribution for our monthly lead list updates.
Ensure the website is optimized for SEO to enhance online visibility and attract potential subscribers.
Collaborate with our team to understand our business objectives and user requirements for seamless functionality.
Requirements:
Proven experience in web development and design, especially in building membership-based websites and integrating CRM systems.
Knowledge of real estate-related websites or prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
Strong communication skills to effectively understand our needs and provide regular updates on progress.
Ability to work with tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Knowledge of best practices in user experience (UX) design and SEO optimization.
Fluent in English and available immediately.
Budget and Timeline:
Our budget for this project is $75.
The project is expected to be completed within a few days.
Compensation:
Upon successful completion of the website, we will pay $100 per month for maintaining the website and providing regular updates. This compensation will increase as the business grows and the role’s workload increases.
Additional Opportunity:
