Responsibilities:

Maintain the website’s accessibility and user-friendliness, ensuring an effortless browsing experience for our valued users.
Conduct thorough testing of website navigation, including A/B testing and heat map analysis to understand user behavior and optimize the interface accordingly.
Possess a strong background in web development, with proficiency in HTML/CSS and working knowledge of XML, SQL, JavaScript, and other programming languages.
Have exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with various team members from the marketing department
Act as the primary contact for all website-related matters, overseeing web design and development, routine maintenance, and updates aligned with the company’s goals and objectives,
Provide prototyping for future changes and carry out testing to analyze better user-based results in navigation
Monitor online traffic and performance, troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain a smooth user experience.
Monitor the effectiveness of hyperlinks, buttons and user tasks and user flow.
Configure and manage web servers while implementing security measures to safeguard the website and user data.
Collaborate closely with SEO/SEM specialists to ensure SEO-friendly vlogs and publications meet high standards
Develop a vlog publication calendar to maintain the website with a good number of blogs published per month meeting the goals established by the office.
Ensure all creatives used in publications are Creative Commons (CC) with no copyright issues.
maintain standards of grammar and spelling in articles and content both in English and Spanish.
Develop user experiences based on our user persona, constantly refining and improving them based on user feedback and data.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Webmaster with a track record of successful website maintenance and optimization.
Proficiency in HTML/CSS is a must, and familiarity with XML, SQL, JavaScript, and other programming languages is desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills ENG- SPA to effectively collaborate with cross-functional team members.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities to tackle any web-related challenges.
Use technologies, AI or software to streamline tasks and enhance productivity.
